Cash on Delivery (COD)

🔄 Exchange Policy

• If your return request is approved, we will offer an exchange or replacement depending on stock availability.

• Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided via bank transfer or store credit.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the issue is caused by Loopistic (wrong or defective product), we will cover return shipping.
